First time trying it, I had a lucid dream. I just woke from my lucid dream and I could recall 82% of the lucid dream. If you open one of the tea bags you'll see that it is mostly mugwort mixed with African dream root, but there is a little blue lotus sprinkled in.Anyways I have been trying mugwort for a little now (3 4 months) and it didn't work that well. This tea is crazy and for a $1.60 a bag I think it's worth trying.
